افتراضي VoIP provides excellent communication quality

VoIP provides excellent communication quality. The person you're calling can not tell if you're using VoIP or POTS - there's a slight difference in quality. Although there may be occasional impediments to transmission, technology has evolved to such an extent that service interruption or interference is not repeated more than a POTS connection, and the call quality is much better than receiving the usual cell phone. The biggest advantage that VoIP has over POTS is the cost. Local calls are free or at least less expensive than POTS; international calls are also much cheaper and, in some cases, also free. A VoIP phone number, sometimes called a default number, is not associated with the physical network of a landline, but it "looks" as well. Therefore, people from another country can call you at the local price instead of the higher international price because your virtual phone number "appears" on the local stock exchange, although it is not. Another advantage is comfort and diversity. You can set the default ringtone numbers on multiple devices: landline, mobile phone, business phone, or home. You can also assign multiple phone numbers to ring on one phone. At the basic level, access to VoIP is trouble-free. There are countless providers available to anyone with a computer and an Internet connection. All you have to do is download the program, and in a few minutes you can start making calls. VoIP is particularly attractive to businesses. The cost of voice calls is lower, the cost savings doubling the number of employees and the frequency of contact. Also,VoIP integrates voice and data communications (including mobile phones) in a more cost-effective manner. Instead of trying to make two types of communication systems work together, the two are grouped together. According to Forbes magazine, since 2008, more than 80% of all PBX systems (exchange of private branches) ("switchboard" serving office buildings) are sold VoIP. Although the main point of the VoIP protocol may be making inexpensive phone calls, it comes with additional functions including audio, video, high resolution and online conferencing; along with file transfers, shared presentations and control of the desktop computer - all with Have enormous potential for data tracking, analysis and reporting. VoIP is a multifunctional system. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) - VoIP devices can handle any type of communication, whether voice or data calls: phone calls, faxes, voice mail, e-mail, web conferencing, etc.

You can, for example, listen to your email or record an audio message that you can send to a fax machine. Phones are also scalable - you can add features and put them as you need without turning off the devices. Plug and play means you do not need a support team to reconfigure the network every time you add new extensions. All you have to do is plug in the headset and ready to work. VoIP is effective and secure. Allowing voice and data communications to operate across a single network significantly reduces the company's infrastructure costs; the largest company, greater savings. For security companies, VoIP already has the ability to use standard encryption protocols, which are difficult to provide on a regular phone call. VoIP devices are inexpensive and versatile. In addition, VoIP phones are less expensive than conventional phones and easier to reconfigure. Dual-mode VoIP devices that can switch from cellular to Wi-Fi even during conversation, eliminating the need to provide employees with a cell phone and a "regular" desk phone. This not only reduces overall costs, but reduces maintenance by half, with fewer traceable, controlled and supported devices. VoIP comes with virtual assistant. Some other useful business features include Auto Attendant (which is also called virtual assistant) that not only plays pre-recorded music or messages to callers on hold, but also directs calls to departments and individuals as well. This makes your company look bigger than it is, because Accounting may be your father, but it gives customers the impression that you have a larger organization. VoIP as a tracking system. Another interesting feature is Find Find Me, Follow Me, Call Hunting, or Advanced Forwarding.
